Coaching & Mentoring
Coaching is just that – we don’t run the plays for you or even tell you what to do, rather, we help you develop your playbook, new skills or new muscles and/or a whole lot of agility!
Using structured telephone calls to senior leaders ….executive directors, board chairs and committee chairs, and senior staff such as development, protection, and stewardship directors….CCG can help build the effectiveness of the organization and the skills of leaders. We can provide a strategic ear, help set priorities and sequencing, trouble-shoot and problem solve, and/or be the friendly professional outside of your organization to hold you accountable, keep your spirits up or keep you focused.
This may be particularly helpful if you have new and interim staff or new board leadership, and for organizations facing difficult or unanticipated transitions.
Mentoring is not very different from coaching – except that we’d be honored to earn that title and there may be some younger members of your staff that think of us that way simply because of our age!
