Organizational Assessments
CCG believes that every organizational assessment does not lead to transformational change, but that transformational change often comes about as a result of a thorough organizational assessment.
Members of our team have conducted in-depth assessments in many parts of the country, for land trusts and other environmental organizations, cultural organizations and educational institutions. We’ve evaluated single departments and programs, entire operations, and entire organizations. Is your program having its desired impact? Are you achieving your mission? Are you stumped in meeting the Land Trust Standards and Practices? What changes might you consider in processes, people and/or systems to be more efficient or effective? You can count on CCG to provide you with specific findings, specific and measurable recommendations, and priorities for improvement.
As with other services, you can also count on CCG to follow up in six months to see how you are doing and to be available for consultation during that period.
